Reason for the Order

"In 2021, our deep-tech and hard-tech HR support business for startups was selected as part of the 'SHIFT(x)' management talent support program for startups by the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry. As part of this initiative, we needed to create an owned media platform and job site, and we wanted to collaborate with a company that has expertise in creating such media.


While we considered other partner candidates, we decided to work with your company for three main reasons. First, your extensive experience in creating job sites in the HR industry. Second, your group company operates an owned media platform specialized in the HR industry, demonstrating deep industry knowledge and expertise. Third, your team structure is solid, and you can handle full-scale projects, such as creating job search systems and management dashboards from scratch. We felt confident in your ability to deliver and decided to entrust the project to your team."


Challenges and Observations

"I found that the approach was somewhat conservative at times. For example, when developing the site, I felt that the time and cost estimates were provided with a large margin of safety, which is essential for ensuring progress without errors. However, I also felt that flexibility and speed were somewhat lacking.


Additionally, while there were initial discussions about SEO strategies and operational tips, which would have been valuable after the site's launch, I felt that the follow-up was not as proactive as expected."
