Jopus Scout is a foreign recruitment scout service operated by Goalist Co., Ltd. The company was already running a foreign recruitment service but lacked a service specifically tailored to foreign recruitment needs. They wanted to address the demand from companies looking to hire foreign talent on a low budget. As a solution, they developed the first matching platform specifically focused on foreign residents in Japan. After the launch, the service was made available for free to gather feedback from both companies and job seekers, which led to continuous improvements.
In June 2021, the service was closed, and its functionalities were integrated into the newly released service "JopusConnecter."
